My Story

I'm Kelsey! The lady behind the camera. Which is honestly how it's been pretty much my entire life! I started my business after a friend asked me to photograph her kids. That session was so fun, and I learned so much that I was instantly hooked.

As a Metro-Detroit native, I love getting to work with all kinds of clients. My mission is to create a stress-free, easy, and fun experience from the initial inquiry to hanging your photos on the wall at home.

Family is extremely important to me (my three babies are the inspiration behind my photography!), and getting to know you, your partner, or your family is something I legitimately enjoy. It feels so weird calling my clients “clients” because they usually become so much more than that!

A few fun facts about me:

• My formal education includes a masters in Forensic and Legal Psychology and a Board Certification as a behavior analyst! I have worked with autistic kids and people with traumatic brain injuries as a BCBA for years.

• Give me a good hot or iced caramel macchiato (depending on the season)

• I love exercising, audiobooks, and relaxing to a nice crime show (I’m not saying my daughter, Elliott is named after Elliott Stabler, but I’m not saying she’s not….)

Capturing authentic moments and emotions while connecting with people and telling their stories is my jam! I can't wait to meet you!
